A phone interview is required to assess your needs before receiving services or training. Training access depends on your agreement to specific terms. Completion of programs does not grant higher education credentials or guarantee career outcomes. Extra services require a mutually agreed proposal, which forms a binding contract. Services can be cancelled within 48 hours if work has not begun.
Payments
Payment details are defined in invoices or contracts. Late payments may lead to service suspension or fees. Refunds are subject to proposal terms.
Limitation of Liability
ORA-LIMS LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damage related to its website or services.
Revisions and Ownership of Training Materials
Training materials are for registered participants only and cannot be shared or sold. Updates may occur, but previous users will not automatically get new versions.
Third-Party Services
Third-party tools may be used or recommended, but ORA-LIMS LLC is not responsible for issues with their services.
